Published in nineteen volumes, CARD is a collection of Dublin Corporation records from the Middle Ages until the mid-nineteenth century; you could lose days of your life by opening it, so be careful.
Citation format: Thom’s, [year]. Thom’s Irish Almanac and Official Directory with the Post Office Dublin City and County Directory was published by Alexander Thom annually from 1844. It’s one of the most important source for the history of Dublin streets, but it’s not infallible.
Saunders Newsletter. Dublin (1745-1879). Saunders News-letter was the successor to Esdal’s News-letter; first published in 1745 by James Esdal, the copyright was bought by Henry Saunders, Esdal’s apprentice, in 1755.
